Product Description

Datil peppers are part of the history of Florida, and St. Augustine produces the majority of the datil peppers cultivated in the United States.  They are hot – just below the habañero on the Scoville scale, but with a sweeter, fruitier flavor.  Use this delicious jelly over cream cheese and crackers.  It’s also wonderful for grilling or roasting chicken, pork, beef and lamb.
