This soy and ginger-based blend is excellent for many different applications. It’s great in stir-fry, also for grilled or baked chicken, and is terrific on a Pork Tenderloin. Don’t forget fish! We love to use it on salmon, and to really set the flavor off just drizzle a little honey on in the last minute and a half. Wow!! The blend contains garlic along with onion, ginger, soy sauce powder, and some very mild chilies for flavor and not heat.
