an easy and delicious way to get more turmeric in your diet.
Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend for 35 to 40 seconds, or until smooth. Enjoy!
If you like, you can also add 1/4 avacado, and/or 1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks. It's your smoothie - make it your own!
1 cup almond milk or coconut milk
1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
1 frozen or fresh medium banana
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of ginger
a dash of sea salt
a touch of honey, maple syrup, agave, or stevia
